Shipping and Delivery

Most orders to U.S. destinations are processed within 1-2 business days.  Once your order is ready, standard shipping time for  orders is 5-7 business days.  Please allow up to 9 business days for your order to be delivered once the order is placed.  

Shipping is free on all U.S. orders! But only for a limited time.

We currently ship to most places in the world, with the exception of a few countries.*

* We do not ship to the following countries: Belarus, Burundi, Central African Republic, Cuba, Iran, Libya, North Korea, Somalia, Sudan, Syria, and Zimbabwe.

Most international orders are processed within 1-2 business days.  Once your order is ready, standard shipping time for international orders is 10-30 business days (for Canada, orders will take 10-15 business days).  Please allow up to 32 business days for your order to be delivered once the order is placed.  

We have several warehouses that we ship our products from.  On occasion one warehouse might be out of stock on a certain product so another warehouse would need to step in to fulfill your order.  We don’t charge extra for this and we apologize for any confusion this may cause.  

Yes, please contact us at orders@notalwaysright.com within 24 hours of placing your order and we’ll be happy to change your shipping address.  After 24 hours, we can’t guarantee your change of address request will be processed in time.  

Unfortunately at this time, we only offer standard shipping speeds (5-7 business days).  We apologize for any inconvenience this causes.  

After your order is processed and your package is sent out, you should receive an email from us confirming that your order has been shipped.  In that same email, it should have your tracking number at the end of the email.  

If you can’t find or didn’t receive this email, please email us and we’ll be happy to help you track your order.

You may fill out our contact form to make a request. However we cannot guarantee any changes will be possible. Once an order is placed, we usually start processing immediately to ensure quick arrival.

Returns/Exchanges

Please refer to this webpage for our return and exchange policy.

An exchange usually takes 3-5 business days to process after the returned item is received by our warehouse.  

If a refund is requested, it will take 3-5 business days for the credit to appear into your account after the item is received by us.

Please contact us at orders@notalwaysright.com if you wish to return an item you purchased.  Each case is handled individually, and in most cases, we will take care of the return costs.

You may fill out our contact form. However we cannot make any guarantees on cancellations. Once an order is placed, we usually start processing immediately to ensure quick arrival. 

Checking Out

Absolutely! We use SSL security (shown by the lock icon in your browser search bar) to ensure all your personal information is secure and encrypted.   We do not store any of your credit card information and it will only be used for the purchasing of your product.  Please contact us directly if you have any questions at all in regards to how we keep your information safe and secure. 

We accept all major credit card companies, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.  

On rare occasions, your order email confirmation might be delayed.  Please wait at least 24 hours and also be sure to check your spam/junk box for the email. 

If you still haven’t received your email, please email us with your full name and the email address you used you to purchase the order from and we’ll be happy to confirm your order with you.
